Sensient Flavors Latin America is headquartered in Mexico City. It serves customers across the whole of Central and South America, with facilities in Mexico City; Celaya, Mexico; Costa Rica and Sao Paulo, Brazil; and has sales people in a number of locations across the continent.

Innovative Market Focused Product Range

Sensient Flavors Latin America serves all sectors of the market but is especially strong in the bakery and savory sectors.

The business has exceptional capabilities in rheology control of sauces giving more consistent production on customers’ production lines. As an example, our ability to create great tasting injectible sauces that dispense uniformly into dough is critical to consumer preference and low production cost, and is valued by our customers.

Sensient Latin America also operates across the full range of savory flavors and systems creating products carefully tailored to market preferences that differ widely across the continent.

Manufacturing

The Mexico City plant at located in Tlalnapantla and specializes in bakery sauces and fruit preps, it also produces sweet compound flavors for beverage and other sweet applications.

The savory manufacturing facility is located in the city of Celaya, Guanajuato state and produces yeast extracts, HVP’s, reaction flavors, savory flavors, seasonings and caramels.

Sao Paulo produces sweet and beverage flavors and emulsions. A new facility is being constructed in Costa Rica and will be operational at the end of 2008.
