Chocolate and Sugar Confectionery
Sensient has a full range of flavors and ingredients for chocolate and sugar confectionery. In addition to normal fat based chocolate and caramel fillings, we also have a unique water based fillings range, which delivers extraordinary, high impact flavor bursts, as well as being lower in fat and calories.
We also offer cooling and heating sensational flavors.
Chewing gums and Oral Care
Sensient’s range of flavors for gums meets the full requirements of our customers. Building on the strength of our Fragrances business, which manufactures essential oils and mint oils, we are in a strong position to offer traditional and novel flavors, matched to different sweetener and gum formulations.
Our Fragrance business also offers flavors for all oral care products – toothpastes, mouthwashes, breath fresheners etc
Bakery
Low water activity bakery fruit and sauces are a speciality, offering great taste, long shelf life and controlled rheology to ensure consistent filling of bakery products with high manufacturing line efficiencies and low wastage.
Cereal Bars
In parallel with our inclusions products for ice-cream, we also manufacture a number of pieces for cereal bars. For example our fruit flavoured pectin pieces are bake stable and offer an attractive fruit piece and texture in cereal bars at very economic cost. We also have caramel and honey sauces and flavors to make exceptional cereal bar products.
